QuasiTiler 3.0 An interactive application for experimenting with Penrose tilings and more. QuasiTiler generates beautiful tiling patterns by projecting points with integer coordinates from higher-dimensional spaces onto the plane. An example of these tilings are the famous Penrose tilings. You can use the program just to produce pretty pictures, or as a experimental tool for higher-dimensional spaces. The program includes an explanation of the mathematics in case you want to find more about it. ATTENTION HP PA-RISK NeXTSTEP USERS: QuasiTiler.app is triple fat! Available by anonymous ftp at ftp.geom.umn.edu:/pub/software/QuasiTiler-3.0.tar.Z Fat binary runs on NeXTSTEP 3.x Motorola, Intel and HP PA-RISC. I am looking forward to your comments.
